A few considerations before choosing a hotel for your guests.

There are great variations as to what a visiting guest prefers. It will be a good idea to make a discrete inquiry, to find out what your particular guest prefers.

Some Chinese guests just want a plain single room and a restaurant close by. But with others the situaition is more complicated.
Many Chinese guests actually prefer a hotel with kitchen facilities in the room. In places such as Copenhagen there are only a few of those, but a good one is Hotel Ascot, with nice apartments.

Often the Chinese guests would also like to save money by sharing hotel room. But it will be very awkward if the host questions this situation. The cause of this is the rules of the travel allowance.
